Biografia dell'autore

Myriam Laplante is a Canadian artist living in Italy.
She works with installation, performance, sculpture, drawing, photography and video. Her works address alienation, the refusal to adapt to society, difficulties of communication and the cynicism of dominant sects. All this puts her into a deep state of permanent doubt. Her work is an attempt to illustrate this feeling. She has performed and exhibited in North America, Europe and Asia, from squats to museums.
